Stout Burger

This is the best burger recipe I have found, its moist and full of flavour. Makes 8 burgers.

  • 2 lbs Lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Stout beer
  • 1 tsp Celery salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Cooking Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Divide into 8 portions. Shape portions into patties about 4 inches in diameter. Chill covered for 1 hour. Grill patties on direct medium heat for about 5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160 deg F.

Top with cheese if desired during final minute of cooking. Serve patties in buns. Makes 8 burgers.
