Easy Bake Chicken and Rice
Type: Dutch Oven   Meal Type: Main Course

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 Chicken
  • 1 pkg Dry Onion Soup mix
  • 1 can Chicken broth
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • Water

Cooking Instructions:
Pour rice (not cooked) into a 10" dutch oven. Place cut up chicken parts on top of rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of chicken. Dilute chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of water. Pour mixture over the chicken and bake at 350 F for at least one hour.
