Beef Stroganoff
Type: Dutch Oven   Meal Type: Main Course

  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp Celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 can Mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 cups Egg noodles

Cooking Instructions:
Brown together meat, onion and spices in a 12" dutch oven. While meat is browning, mix together mushroom soup, water and worchestershire sauce. When meat is browned, spread meat out evenly over bottom of pan. Spread noodles evenly on top of meat. Pour liquid mixture over top, moistening noodles well. Cover and cook for approximently 30 minutes until noodles are tender.
